Pugin’s Paints Workshop
Join us for an appreciation of natural materials in the spirit of Pugin and his designs in the Cathedral.
A hands-on Workshop exploring natural pigment paint making, encouraging an appreciation of natural materials in the spirit of Pugin and his designs in the Cathedral.
After a tour of the paint works in the Cathedral, there will be a Workshop with expert Lucy Mayes, to learn about and experiment with traditional methods of preparing paints with natural pigments.
For ages 16+, but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are £15.00 to cover material and refreshment costs. This includes a 4-hour long Workshop with Lucy, plus a tour of the Cathedral.
